Be In A Book Contest
To enter: Read any of Barbara Meyers’ books:
A Month From Miami
A Forever Kind of Guy

Post a positive review (four or five stars) of the book on at least one of the following web sites:
Amazon.com
barnesandnoble.com
samhainpublishing.com
iBookstore.com
Once the review has posted, send me the following information:
1) The name you reviewed the book under,
2) Where the review was posted
3) The date the review was posted.
4) The first and last name as you wish it to appear in a future book. It does not have to be your name, but it does have to be a reasonable name for a human being/character in a mainstream novel. For example a name such as Stuart Studmuffin or Tiffany Tartlet will not be considered. Author reserves the right to use first only, last only, or entire name.
5) Your e-mail address.
Send entry to barb@barbmeyers.com with “contest entry” in the subject line.
The first drawing will take place after twenty-five entries are received. You may enter one time for each review you post (up to four times if you post a review for each of the four books.) Winner will be notified via e-mail. Contest period automatically renews after each twenty-five legitimate entries are received. More than one winner may appear in the same book.
In addition to your name in the book, you will also receive your choice of either a digital or print version of the book in which your name appears.
Wondering if I really put the winner’s name in the book as a character? YES!
For example: In A Forever Kind of Guy, the name of Molly’s friend Hannah’s mother is Tara. Tara was the first winner of the “Be In A Book” contest. She entered during a local booksigning. Tara has become a manuscript reader for me. She sees my work before my editor does and shares her valuable opinion from a reader’s perspective. If you win, I can’t tell you what book you’ll be in or when it will be published, but it will happen!
Book purchase is not required to enter contest. By entering the contest you give author the right to use your name in announcements as the winner of the “Be In A Book Contest” on her web site, blog and other promotional sites and for other promotional purposes.
